Early development of Drive Safe was funded by a Phase I SBIR award from the NIH National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) under grant #1R43HD040023-01A1. Based on the results of preliminary testing, NICHD awarded AT-Sciences a Phase II award (5R44HD040023-03) which is supporting further development.
