Tellabration
Tellabration is worldwide, a network of storytelling enthusiats bonded together in spirit at the same time and on the same weekend. Originator J.P. Pinkerton envisioned this international event as a means of building community support for stoytelling. In 1988 the event was launched by the Connecticut Storytelling Center in six locations. The following year Tellabration extended to several other states and in 1990, expanded nationwide under the umbrella of The National Storytelling Network.
Traditionally held on the Saturday night before Thanksgiving, Storyswap has been host to this event in Pittsburgh since 1990. Join us this Novemberin this our 20th year.
